Had an awesome getaway with friends! We chilled at the lounge and hit up the vibrant spots like Lolita's 2nd floor venue. Great staff and atmosphere made our nights memorable! Just a heads-up, the room lacks a wardrobe, so pack smart!

This place suits me perfectly! I love the fast Wi-Fi, the cozy bar/lounge area, and the 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me find transport, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a great choice for a city break!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from popular attractions and spots to grab a bite. The decor has a unique style that adds to the overall vibe. I enjoyed the excellent breakfast that had a good variety, and the service was attentive when I needed anything. However, I found the room to be a bit dusty, and there were some maintenance issues that could use attention.

The hotel offers a trendy atmosphere that perfectly embodies the spirit of Tbilisi. The Urban Queen Room was spacious, stylish, and equipped with necessary amenities. The bar and lounge area provided a relaxing space for both work and leisure, complemented by excellent coffee and cocktails. Breakfast in The Kitchen was a delightful blend of buffet and made-to-order options, catering to various tastes.
Breakfast options may be slightly overpriced.

The stylish Urban Queen Street Room was a highlight, featuring a spacious layout and a luxurious bed. The decor throughout the hotel is wonderfully unique, creating a vibrant atmosphere. However, the strict adherence to rules detracted from our experience, especially when we were asked to leave the hotel bar prematurely after ordering drinks. The staff's response to our requests for additional seating was unfortunate, as it led to the reprimanding of an accommodating barman. Overall, while the aesthetics and comfort are commendable, the customer service approach needs improvement.

The design of the Urban Queen Street Room stood out with its modern, chic vibe. The restaurant offered exceptional local cuisine that added to the overall experience.
I found some amenities were not as polished as expected.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Garden View Twin Room. The ambiance is unique and stylish, creating a cozy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast choices and strong coffee enhance the experience. The location is central, making attractions easily accessible. The staff provided top-notch service throughout my stay. 😊

The experience at the hotel was quite
disappointing due to the strict policies regarding furniture and guest comfort. While the ambiance was stylish, it felt more focused on rules than enjoyment. We had a memorable evening until we were abruptly asked to leave the lounge area, impacting our overall stay.

Absolutely loved my garden view room. it was quieter than the city traffic ballet outside! The decor is fabulous and that comfy bed made me feel like royalty. Ah, will I ever stop raving about it? Probably not!
However, I think my bathroom was living in the '90s—talk about a tight squeeze! And for the price, I expected to not hear the entire city's gossip through my window.

I had a lovely stay with stylish decor, and the underground garage made parking a breeze! The garden area was perfect for unwinding with a few cozy lounge chairs and a tranquil fountain. Just a heads up, a kettle in the room would’ve been nice, but overall, I really enjoyed my time here! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 28noise disturbances
However, the noise insulation in the rooms leaves much to be desired. thin walls mean you’ll hear everything from nearby conversations to kids screaming, which might spoil your peace. Additionally, the dining experience can be hit or miss—food lacks flavor and variety, with long waits for drinks that test your patience. Moreover, the tight room layouts can feel cramped, especially when trying to navigate around the furniture.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
