The staff's response to our requests for additional seating was unfortunate, as it led to the reprimanding of an accommodating barman. Overall, while the aesthetics and comfort are commendable, the customer service approach needs improvement.

Absolutely loved my garden view room. it was quieter than the city traffic ballet outside! The decor is fabulous and that comfy bed made me feel like royalty. Ah, will I ever stop raving about it? Probably not!

However, I think my bathroom was living in the '90s—talk about a tight squeeze! And for the price, I expected to not hear the entire city's gossip through my window.
